🤖 Google Apologizes for Inaccurate Diversity in AI Images

Google has issued an apology for the embarrassing and inaccurate images produced by its Gemini AI tool.

Users had pointed out that Gemini was generating ahistorical and racially diverse images for prompts related to groups like Nazi soldiers and U.S. Founding Fathers.

In response, Google's senior vice president Prabhakar Raghavan admitted that the images were "inaccurate or even offensive" and acknowledged the company's failure to avoid bias and accurately reflect specific historical contexts.

🤝 Jasper Acquires Clipdrop to Enhance AI Marketing Copilot

San Francisco-based startup Jasper has acquired Clipdrop, an image creation and editing platform, to strengthen the multimodal capabilities of its AI-driven marketing copilot.

The addition of Clipdrop will enable enterprises to go beyond AI prompts and achieve more personalized marketing, better automation, and improved optimization across their entire strategy.

The acquisition marks the latest enhancement for Jasper's end-to-end platform, which is already used by well-known enterprises like Hubspot and Wayfair.
